DELIVERY 

You’ll find shipping charges explicitly added to your order; we kindly ask you to pay for them.

We estimate 2-4 working days for deliveries in Romania and 5-7 working days for other countries.

The delivery time is indicative and therefore is not guaranteed in case of “force majeure”.

We do not charge shipping costs for orders in Romania exceeding 200 RON.

Some countries charge customs fees or taxes. We kindly ask our customers to pay those taxes. Unfortunately, we cannot always inform our customers about these possible extra-charges.

RETURN POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund in the bank account you provide.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned items must have tags still on

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Login to our website

Go to your account – “Order history and details” and click on “Details” button of your respective order

Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order, fill in the reason for the refund and send the form.

Send all items back to us at 57 bd. Dacia, 2nd floor, district 2, Bucharest, Romania. 

If you opt for a refund, we will refund the full amount within 10 working days from receiving the refunded items. Please make sure you provide your bank account in comments when filling the refund form. The bank account holder name and details you provide should be the same with the beneficiary name from the initial issued invoice.

If you opt for an exchange or store credit, after receiving the refunded items, we’ll issue a credit voucher for the value of the returned product. You will see your voucher in your account, “My vouchers” section.

In case of exchange, you have to place a new order for the product you want and use the voucher at the checkout. 

Additional Information:

We are not able to refund delivery costs, credit cards fees, bank commissions nor customs fees or taxes.

We are not able to take responsibility of lost returns, as the choice of the delivery method belongs to the customer.
